I was wondering your opinions of the dress. And do you think it will look good on me? I am 14 years old and I'm really skinny, short and flat lol and I have very fair skin and blonde hair and blue eyes.
And I'm looking for a cute and cheap silver wristlet to keep my stuff in on the day of the dance. And I think I'm going to go with silver heels, I just need to find a good pair.

This colour blue goes really well with blondes - I should know, I am one. And I think that if you wore it to a dressy occassion it would look amazing - just don't wear it somewhere where it'll be too much.
Also silver and blue is a definate contrast - go for it!!
